We are a LEAD Certified Company
That means that we are able to prepare and paint Exterior and Interior LEAD Paint surfaces. Lead cannot be removed unless the siding/trims are being replaced entirely, sanding is not allowed as it would create harmful lead dust. Our prep process includes WET scrapping peeling paint and bonding with primer, this may create "mapping" areas around the house.
